- Children Clinics: 3rd Tuesday every month, 2-6 PM; no
appointment necessary
Ages 6 weeks through 18 years - Adult vaccinations by appointment
Equipment for checkout (no charge) – commodes, bath chairs, walkers, crutches
Health Screening: Blood pressure, Diabetic, Lead (ages 1-6 yrs.)
Education Programs: free of charge to any organization, by request
Special Clinics: Flu vaccinations,
Footcare, Blood Pressure
*Footcare is also given for patients, or in home or office by
request
