Notice Winter Closings

The Clay County Courthouse may be closed during bad weather.  Even if the Courthouse is open, some offices may be closed.  Please call ahead to verify that the office you want is open before traveling.

 

We invite you to browse our web site to learn about our various County offices and the services Clay County, Nebraska offers its citizens. Courthouse hours are from 8:30 - 5:00 Monday - Friday except on holidays.
