NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS OF

CLAY COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS  AND

CLAY COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION

 

Notice is hereby given that meetings of the Clay County Board of Supervisors, and the Clay County Board of Equalization, will be held on July 22, 2008 in the County Board Room, Courthouse, Clay Center, NE.  The Supervisors regular meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m.  The County Board of Equalization meeting will begin at 1:00 p.m. for the purpose of hearing and making determinations on property valuation protests.  Both meetings are open to the public.  Agendas for such meetings, are kept continuously current and are available for public inspection at the office of County Clerk in the Clay County Courthouse, Clay Center, NE.

            Notice is hereby given that the Clay County Board of Supervisors, will be sitting as the Clay County Board of Equalization, from June 1 through July 25, 2008 for the purpose of reviewing written protests filed pertaining to the assessed value of their property.
